As you may have seen in the news, the Chrysler Corporation, in attempting to streamline its organization and maintain its ability to function, has canceled numerous dealer franchises. New Richmond Auto Sales is one of those.
In light of this action by the Chrysler Corporation, we will no longer be able to see new Chrysler vehicles or provide Chrysler warranty service. However, we remain in business in the same location, where we will be offering a line of current year and late model pre-owned vehicles, and where we will maintain our service department.
If you have been a customer of ours, we want you to know that we appreciate your loyalty and patronage during the many years we have been in business in New Richmond. We also want you to know that it will be our goal to provide a dedicated service team and quality pre-owned vehicles as we move forward.
History
New Richmond Auto Sales is located on the banks of the Ohio River, at 335 Front Street, New Richmond, Ohio. The business was started by Maurice "Mutt" Henderson and a partner in 1925 as a Ford dealership. Mutt Henderson opened his own Dodge dealership in 1936, added the DeSoto and Plymouth franchises in 1939, and added the Chrysler franchise in 1961. Finally, the Jeep franchise was added in 1997. Currently owned by Jerry Henderson, the business continues to be a family-owned and family-run business.
New Richmond Auto Sales has sold and serviced vehicles to generations of families in the New Richmond area, and prides itself on providing excellent customer service as well as fair and competitive pricing on the new and pre-owned vehicles that it sells.
